Brief History:
In 1985, formed a group called Extra F/X with my boy NRG
The Noble Rapping Genius. We had our first tracks played on
The Leccos Lemma Show at 90.3 Fm at Boston College,
which was a local rap radio show that showcased local acts.
This show broke acts such as Gangstarr, The Almighty RSO
and The Top Choice Clique, which had a song on the
"Posse" soundtrack a few years back. Two years later
I signed a three song deal with Beautiful Sounds Records
and had songs on their "Def Row" compilation tape, which
gained The Extra F/X Crew national attention in
Dance Music Report. Later Extra F/X broke up and I began
Djing at 91.5 WMLN FM on The Urban Undertones Show
with my man Joe Public, who is currently working at
Kiss 108 FM in Boston, MA, which is one of the largest
Radio stations in Boston, however, its one of the worst
in my opinion. Next I began co-producing with my boy
Paris for Paris Mark Toon Productions. We Produced ten
acts from in and around Boston. Our Collective group
was the "Out of Town Posse". The name was
"Out of Town" because our main studio was located
in the suburbs of Boston. While Djing at WMLN I was
approached by the owner of Aggressive Records and
was given a contract to do my EP. The record was completed
and the wax made, however, the company folded before
it hit the store. After that I became the V.P. and A&R Director
of Crossfade Records and later the V.P. of Divinity One Records,
which was a subdivision of Paris Mark Toon Productions.
Today I still produce beats, write songs, and DJ, however I
do not do shows anymore. I am now focusing on starting my
own production and entertainment company and also
trying to help others out with this website while still
dropping rhymes on the I-net with other headz from
around the world.*
